Terms and Conditions of Subscription to Art Fair SourceBook

  1. A subscription to the Art Fair SourceBook Online Service is for ONE (1) CALENDAR YEAR. Regardless of when you order your subscription, it will run from January 1 - Dec 31 of that calendar year for which you have ordered. For example, if you order a 2010 subscription, it runs from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010, even if you subscribe in mid-year.
  2. Once the subscriber has logged in to the proprietary database the first time, there will be no credits or refunds whatsoever.
  3. A subscription to the Art Fair or Craft Fair SourceBook online service grants a single user license only to 1 subscriber* for access to the proprietary and copyright-protected AFSB database of art and craft events and their ratings, rankings and critiques.
  4. If another person (not the purchaser/subscriber) attempts to log in using a subscriber's login email and password, the account will be immediately de-activated without a refund.
  5. Furthermore, since the database is proprietary and copyright-protected, any attempt to share this information with anyone other than the subscriber him/herself will result in the immediate cancellation of the right to access the online service at any time in the future.

* The only exceptions to the single-user condition of use are for a spouse or immediate family member who is working in the same business and has been pre-authorized by the AFSB staff. In most cases it will be necessary to purchase a second subscription (at a reduced rate) to allow 2 or more parties to use the AFSB or CFSB online service.

New Artist Reports Flagged as "NEW"

06/24/08

The Artist Reports in AFSB are now automatically flagged with a red "NEW" when you haven't viewed them yet. This should help you know if new reports have come in since your last visit.

Since the system hasn't tracked which Reports you've looked at until now, it thinks every single report is new. You can globally reset all of them at once by going to your PREFS and clicking the new button called "MARK ALL ARTIST REPORTS AS READ".
